All prices indicated on my site are in Euros, all taxes included, € TTC
(excluding import taxes and potential customs duties).

How to pay:
Payment of your order is possible directly from my site by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD) PayPal and via the 3D secure payment system managed by Payplug.
Payment by bank transfer is possible and preferable for large orders, such as limited editions and orders of several items.

Delivery:
Books :
My prints are sent from Canada with FedEx, DHL or Canadapost depending on their final destination.
Delivery time (for reference)
- 1/3 days for delivery in France (5€)
- 3/5 days for delivery in Europe (15-20€)
- 5/10 days for delivery in the USA(30€)

Fine art prints :
Art prints are produced to order once the funds have been received, then sent as soon as their production is complete.
Production time :
- Fine art prints: 3/5 days

Delivery in Europe and USA :
3/5 days for prints on art paper
Delivery to the rest of the world on request

- Prints on art paper are carefully rolled and protected, then packed in transport tubes. We strongly recommend that you take your print to your framer as soon as you receive it, to avoid any tampering.

- All my art prints are sent by Fed Ex Economy with insurance and tracking number.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are based on the weight of your item and its final destination. Delivery date may vary according to carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and other import taxes. These taxes are not included in the purchase price and will be charged to the customer upon arrival at their final destination.

All orders for fine art prints are final and cannot be modified or refunded once production has begun!

No refunds on limited editions.
Due to the high costs of production, packaging and shipping, we ask you to ensure that your order has been properly completed.
All validated orders are final.

We will ensure that your order is properly routed until we receive your products. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has left our workshops.

If by misfortune your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive it by emailing us photos and a description of the damage.
We will reproduce the print and return it to you at no extra cost if the above procedure is followed.
